Our event photography is characterised by an informal, non-obtrusive and natural style. Whether it is an award ceremony, a conference or a charity bash, we capture the essence and atmosphere of the event and operate in a professional and friendly manner. Details are very important to each event. We ensure that interior shots, food and beverage images, event-themed decoration and gadgets are captured to record the entire event experience and atmosphere.Events are both a group and individual experience, so we produce reportage-style and more formal group images.

I have had problems with this company since my daughter started school and team sports. 10 ish years. From not getting the right items I ordered, to items missing. This time, I could not see the pictures to order. It said the password was invalid. Funny since it was on the order form received for the pictures with the code. I contacted them, they sent me a link.
Photo prices on the website are now around $10 more. I asked why, and got no reply. I was told that we could not turn in an order form but had to do it on-line. I can't wait until I do not have to ever order from this company again.

My child has been in a district that uses Bell Studios since Kindergarten and is in 5th grade this year. In the beginning the pictures were acceptable, mostly because my husband was able to be present during the school photography session to help our child be relaxed and ready. As the years have gone by the quality of photography and professionalism have disappeared, especially once my partner was unable to attend the sessions.
While photographing my child (and their classmates) the photographers are now very unfriendly, we assume the change with our child is simply because we are not there supervising anymore and that is just the way they normally behave. They rush the children and often mess with their appearances, (ie. collars, hair, buttons) with no direction or consent from the child or parents, which has resulted in ruining pictures for us, multiple times now.
We don not need a stranger to decide how many buttons our child should have fastened or how their hair should be styled, especially when we are paying 10 times more then the job they are doing deserves. I find it disturbing that they are contracted to photograph children but none of them care at all about the child's comfort, nor the outcome of the speedshot photography they feel they need to take for the huge fee they are being paid.
I find it offensive that year after year they lower the quality of their products and services and raise the fees, I cannot understand why the schools here work with this unprofessional company at all, my experience in other districts is like night and day to the one served by Bell. It is clear that Bell Studios employees believe they are doing our students a favor taking subpar shots of them and charging top dollar for such disappointment.
I just cannot figure out why our schools administrators want to work with a company that teaches our children that being rude and unprofessional is something they should expect when paying for a service, it is very disappointing. And shocking to my child who often has photos taken with great result. We will no longer allow Bell Studios to photograph any of our children. Honestly it is cheaper and higher quality to drive to one of JC Penney's Studios, especially if you are a member of their photography discount club as we are.
I could never recommend this "Studio", giving them your money is worse then throwing it away. I am tired of my child being upset after picture day thanks to their photographers attitudes and then again when the photos arrive.its almost better the times that we were sent someone else's photos by mistake.because the ones that are meant for us are always awful.
And if by some chance you have yours delivered to your home, beware of the fact that they do nothing to proect the photographs which they send in a paper envelope. Shame on this "business" they have no excuse for the disdain they display for their subject. It is clear with the monopoly they seem to enjoy that they will not waste time actually performing the service they exorbitantly charge for.
