First time at Kline Studios I came with my partners family and I have to say the best experience I have had in a long time. Such a friendly welcome, makes you feel at home, great laugh and smiles. Photos are outstanding high quality. Such a wonderful experience to share with friends and family, defiantly a day to remember would recommend to everyone 100%. After coming into the studio for the first time again in 3 years with family a few weeks ago my opinions are split. On arrival a friendly young lady greeted us who i believe to be called albe (apologies if spelt wrong) We were offered drinks but then had to wait quite a while for the next people to be finished. Once in and taking the photos it was a bit of a rush with people waiting after however that was no fault of our own, all in all if it was just a busy day I can excuse it, customer service was good the photos a bit rushed personally leaving the atmosphere awkward!x

We have now had 2 photo shoots with Kline studios, the first one when my daughter was a newborn as a family shoot. The photos were absolutely fantastic and something we will treasure always, he was so good with our daughter and made us feel so at ease. We actually ended up purchasing every photo he took of that shoot because they were all so good.

We have then just recently had our second 1 which was a cake smash for her first birthday party, he also did photos of us as a family which again were just so brilliant, we've again purchased all of the photos. The customer service is amazing. Yes the photos are not cheap but we feel so lucky to have them as memories can fade but these photos will last forever.

I purchased a Groupon for Kline studios. The 1st question that was asked to us was 'do you just want the groupon deal or will you be looking to get any more pictures?' when they were told it may just be the deal they were abrupt, rushed us in the studio, only took a small amount of pictures. It was a 'cake smash' shoot, and the baby hardly had time to get into the cake.

We were shown one picture and told that would be the one. The picture was nice but we had no chance to see more, as the shoot didn't go on longer than 5 minutes. I think the photographer is probably good at his job, but with the prospect of making no extra money he was rude, and i wouldn't recommend. Had we seen some other pictures we may have seen more we wished to buy.

Keith is light years ahead of any other photographer we've worked with! His professionalism, knowledge, skills, and kindness are absolutely unmatched. He seriously made our images so perfect and I totally felt like we were in safe hands and he made photos a breeze, no stress whatsoever. I am COMPLETELY IN LOVE with every single one of our photos and am blown away by the incredibleness of his work. If you have any doubts whatsoever about hiring Keith, let me ease your mind, because he truly is THE BEST and you will not be disappointed! Ross & Emily

I was really worried about my new passport photograph, I feel so old and haggard these days! But Sylwia at Kline was absolutely wonderful, took a whole load of shots and managed to select one that I was really happy with. Emailed it to me by the time I got home after shopping - so within an hour or two. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of their service for a very reasonable price.

Everyone was just so helpful right from the start! The photographer who I believe is called Keith, made this the best day ever. He made us all feel so at ease and was always making both the kids and the adults laugh. We were a family of 15 so to keep all of us happy was a massive task! Unfortunately I have been quite unwell as I have terminal bone cancer.

Because of this we could not collect the photo's when we were supposed to. In fact we had a lot of problems concerning my illness. Not once were we pushed into anything. I am 59 yrs old and there were 4 generations in these photo's. I have wanted a family photo for a long time, so to get this all done was fantastic. We all had such a wonderful experience!

The photo's actually bought tears to my eyes when I saw them they were so lovely! All the extras you gave us was just so thoughtful! We were given a fantastic deal and I cannot thank everyone enough. Keith, the way you did the photo shoot was fantastic! You are a natural and it shows in your photo's. All I can say is a massive 'Thank You' from all the Miller family and thanks for a day I will never forget, Thanks again Keith and the team at Kline studio's you have made me one happy lady!

Myself and my family had a fantastic time at Kline Studios! We opted for the photo cd because all the pictures looked amazing. We have since printed out lots of canvases and sent three photo books back to Poland! The family are all very happy. We will be back next year!

I took my family to Kline Studios after a friend recommended them to us and I must say we were not disappointed. We all had a fantastic experience, the photographer was a joy and the photo's were out of this World! We purchased the photo CD with over a hundred pictures on! A fantastic investment and we have printed them all out and now we need a bigger house!
