Very disappointed with the level of service here. I cannot dispute the quality of photographs as they were amazing however we bought 2 vouchers, 1 for boy and a girl to have separate photos with different themes. My daughter had hers completed and was told to wait 3 months for my son to have his. We have now been told he cannot have it done as its only for new customers.
Very disappointed with this and staff not very accommodating in an error on their part when it was booked. We have been to other photography places who provide a much higher level of service and are very accommodating to families needs.

Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. Simon, Wendy and the team are so lovely, it's like visiting family each time go to the studio. Both Mum's were delighted with the makeover, and were happy & relaxed srutting their stuff. The team make you feel really at home - you feel like a real film star throughout the whole experience. The viewing with Wendy was emotional - so beautifully presented and some truly fabulous photos which give us a really excellent memory of our special day.
The best thing is the photos truly capture the character of each person wonderfully and will be a memory we can treasure for years to come. Thank you to the whole team, and Trigger the dog. You've really got a fabulous business - pitched absolutely right from in our case the gift boxed voucher, to the fantastic studio - the way you made us feel through each step of the way.can't wait to see the photos. A genius with photography. Such wonderful photos, does magic with even excellent original shots. If your looking for the perfect memories this is the company to go see. Also a very friendly guy with a lovely character so you will still feel relaxed even with a camera pointed at you. Highly recommended.
