Went in with collection of film and old memory cards. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The film was developed. Blank, but the cards held photos. We were helped to select and print those we waned. There were several covid style booths and max of 5 in at a time. Masks required. Excellent service and good value.

Brilliant service from all 3 staff. I had problems getting my passport photo accepted by HMPO. Lords perceveered until one was acceptable. There didn't appear anything wrong with the earlier photos, but they kept taking them, and also sending a note to HMPO to support my photo. Eventually the photo was accepted. Well done Lords with you good old fashioned customer service.

Went to get my film developed a few weeks back and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. I got my images back the same day and was pleased with the results and the price was worth the service. Overall a very positive experience and will be using them again I'm sure. 5/5 would recommend.

Don't bother, I went in here to obtain a passport photo. It was a Saturday and no staff present on entering, but did appear from a room in the back. The girl who came out was eating her lunch and when I told her what I wanted, she spoke very quickly with her mouth full, telling me the price. I could not understand a word, and asked her to repeat again.
She then grabbed a camera, pulled a background blind down and shot the photo in about 2 seconds, She then printed it out and gave it to me, charging me 8.99 for the privilege. The photo was terrible, overexposed not good quality. I felt so annoyed I just left having paid for it. A few days later I returned having decided that I was not happy to pay for poor service and a picture I was not happy with.
I explained my position to the young man behind the counter, who replied "there is nothing wrong with this" he then asked his colleague, who agreed. No discussion, no apology, no customer is always right. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, poor attitude and very expensive. Its interesting to know that if a customer is happy they tell on average 5 people about their experience, if a customer is unhappy, they tell on average 20 people.
