My sidekick is the (almost) famous "Mumsy". Once a talented swimming teacher, now a professional photographer's assistant, Mumsy is there to carry all my gadgets, organise your family and friends for group photos, make sure the wedding dress is laid-out nicely and generally help out in any way she can to make the photos and the wedding day run smoothly.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Alan and Mumsie for photographing our wedding day. He made us feel at ease and was fantastic from start to finish. The pictures are amazing, he managed to capture the atmosphere on the day which reflected in the pictures and how much fun we had. Even with the rain he knew exactly how to get the best pictures. Alan was absolutely fantastic not only professional but funny and just made us at ease took everything in his stride, we had changed dates 4 times before eventually getting married due to covid & Alan couldn't of been more accommodating or understanding! The photos are beautiful and I couldn't be happier we have him involved in our day!

ASP Aerial recently carried out aerial still photography and drone video footage for my property. The still photos are superb. I could not have asked for better. The video is stunningly impressive and far exceeded my expectations. Alan is a consummate professional. I'm very glad I engaged ASP. Alan produced high quality work. Highly recommended.

Alan was our wedding photographer in July at Orocco Pier. We are both so delighted that we picked him! Alan and Mumsy were both fantastic on the day from bridal preparation photos, running to catch the groom arriving, silently moving around the room throughout the ceremony, all the incredible ideas for photographs around South Queensferry and capturing the first dance, cake cutting etc.
The were so professional and so friendly that we both felt instantly comfortable in their presence. The preview shots Alan has sent over are just incredible and I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures from the day. If you're thinking about Alan for your wedding, get him booked now!

Alan was the photographer at our wedding in July last year at The Piersland House Hotel. Both myself and my husband wanted nice photos but neither of us particularly enjoy being photographed and we didn't want this to detract from our wedding day. Alan instantly put us both at ease and understood what was important to us. We had a lot of fun during our photos and our pictures are simply stunning!
I would highly recommend Alan as a wedding photographer and if you can get him to bring along his fabulous assistant (Mum) then even better. If you are looking for stunning photos and a friendly, professional service then you need to book Alan!

Well what can I say quite simply if you are looking for a wedding photographer you've found the right place. Me and my wife were lucky to have Alan as our photographer for our wedding day at The Vu on 04/01/13. Alan is a true gentleman and everyone in our wedding party commented on how at ease he made everyone feel. But the best thing about Alan is his photography, we couldn't be happier with our Wedding photos and all our friends have commented on how fantastic they look.
