My sons primary school in Suffolk recently used these guys for school photos and we ordered some of our son in reception. I am a little surprised it's the same company others have reviewed to be honest. The photo is very nice, (truthfully my kid is pretty photogenic but still) and the order came really promptly and ordering was easy. Unfortunately Royal Mail damaged the package in transit ( it was very obviously not sent in the condition it was recieved.) Customer services were great, they told me to send an email after I told them the issue on the phone, they responded to my email quickly and sent out another package via a different method to avoid a recurrence.
The second parcel was recieved exactly when they said it would be and in perfect condition. It's true that the smaller prints are not spliced apart.I have a paper cutter so it doesn't bother me but I can see how it could be a bit inconvenient. Other than that though super impressed with them I would recommend!
