We had a photo shoot with Emily, we felt at ease from the start even though this was our first photo shoot done professionally in the last 10 years. The viewing was also very nice and professional we could comfortably choose our photos that we liked the most with Chloe. My son and I came in for a photoshoot, our photographer Emily was excellent. she made us comfortable and told us what to do. my son, who is 3, was very comfortable around her. Later that day, we came back to view our photos with Chloe. she was very patient with us and was very informative. Our overall experience was great and would recommend them

Me and my family (mum, dad, sister and family dog) went to Picture Studios in Lowestoft. From the booking process, to the photo shot to the viewing, they made the whole experience comfortable and easy. My photographer was Emily and she was so wonderful! She continued to make us laugh throughout to get the best photos, she also suggested things easy for my mum who has bad knees.

I viewed the photos with Chloe and she was so accommodating. She was happy with me to face time my mum would couldn't come due to her bad knees and she also helped me pick the photos we had printed and put in a key ring. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend Picture Studio Lowestoft to anyone looking at family photo shoots!

Great experience at picture studios Lowestoft. Emily was great with our 1 year old camera shy daughter. Got some great photos for our family. Easy to find and great friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone wanting photos. Process is explained so we know what to expect. 5 stars.

Visited today to view granddaughters photos from photo shoot last week. All super lovely Photographs. Hard to decide which ones. So got them all. Cant wait to get them. Staff friendly and polite. This is the second time we have had baby photos taken with Picture Studios Lowestoft and the team were fantastic! Both photographers (most recent was Regan) were very engaging with our son, bringing out the smiley side of him that even we don't get! They were very accommodating with any ideas we had for photos and encouraged outfit changes and personal props e.g. favourite toys.

The photos are edited quickly and we were given a viewing appointment within days by friendly and helpful staff (most recent was Emily). I have been so happy with both sets of photos that I have bought them all! Would highly recommend!

We would like to thank Gemma the photographer for the amazing photos and made us feel welcome great we the kids. My children loved their photo shoot with Gemma! Thank you so much for keeping them all happy and occupied the whole time! We have had other photos in the past where the children have got bored and had a "false forced" smile. I didn't get that at all at picture studio. Our children are 4,11 and 13 years. They all said how fun it was. Our viewing with Gemma was very clear and helpful. Thank you so much ladies! Can't wait to get the pictures they all look amazing

All I can say is WOW! We had our little boys newborn photo shoot yesterday morning and the pictures came out absolutely amazing! We seriously didnt know how to choose once we had viewed them which was the same day! The service was amazing and the staff were so welcoming especially as myself and partner are not very good with having our photos taken, but we have the most perfect family photo now and we cant thank the staff enough!

We went along for a family photo shoot and had a blast. The staff were very friendly and professional. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. We were there with three kids including an 8 week old, and everything went so smoothly, we couldn't believe it. Aa week later we went back to look through the photos and the quality was incredible. Again there was no pressure to buy or to take a certain 'package' over another. Very down to earth, happy friendly people. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking to get family photos done in the Lowestoft area.

We had our first family photos done here by Regan and we have had the most amazing experience, sharing laughs and just enjoying the atmosphere. Regan made us all feel so comfortable when taking photos and she also made our young children comfortable and happy and she also kept them entertained throughout the photo shoot! So if your looking for that perfect family photo shoot I would definitely recommend booking in!

Louise was amazing entertaining my two children whilst taking their photos, and took some perfect shots which I can't wait to pick up. Emily went through our photos today with us and was very helpful. Would definitely go back again

We went to picture studios for a photo shoot we won over Halloween. Regan was amazing with the kids and extremely patient as our little boy wasn't too happy. When we viewed the photos they were all absolutely beautiful and we never felt any pressure to order. We did end up purchasing a photo bundle as we were so happy with all our picture. We would highly recommend using picture studio.

Gemma was brilliant photographing my almost 3 year old. He had enough towards the end but she was still professional and managed to create some stunning photos. Regan was so friendly when we viewed our photos today. She made choosing our package such an easy process. Both girls are a true asset to the picture studios team. Thank you

I won an Autumn photo shoot a few weeks ago so we had our photo shoot during half term. It was a great experience, Emily was really welcoming and made us feel relaxed. She was great with my two children and our dog. I viewed my photos with Gemma today and this was a great experience. I did not feel pressured to get any photos but because they were so lovely, I bought one of the packages. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! We enjoyed a family photo shoot and early Christmas shoot for my little one today. Warm friendly welcoming staff. Relaxing experience from photo shoot to viewing. Wonderful range of photos, so hard to decide when choosing. Looking forward to receiving prints.

I really enjoy going into picture studios and have done for many years, I have had many fantastic memories caught on camera here and yesterday I had the pleasure of watching my Son and his little family start their picture studios journey. Today we viewed the pictures and I can honestly say the photos were absolutely amazing. Thank you.

My daughter won a free 45min photo shoot through a mother day competition the staff where very polite and when it came to the shoot the photographer was amazing made us feel very at ease and was more than happy to fulfil my daughters demands we was lucky enough to get to view our pictures the next day and they where amazing!! Big thank you to both girls who where friendly and helped make our experience even better can’t wait to get my photos now

Went in for a newborn photoshoot for my son. Was greeted by very polite staff, especially Faye who was brilliant with him and my daughter. Even squeezed in beautiful photos of them together and lovely family shots also. Will be back for more photo shoots in the future.

We had a great shoot with Charlotte. She was great with my three children and managed to get them all actively involved and made them feel relaxed and at ease. When you come back to view the photos you get plenty of time and all buying options are fully explained (but no hard sell). Overall a great experience and some lovely photos to treasure.

Had a excellent experience with Picture Studios. Jade took the photo session of our 4 year old boy and cockapoo! The photos were amazing and Charlotte who done the viewing appointment was exceptionally patient as it was so hard to choose and I’m very indecisive!! I can’t wait to get my order now.

I have had a very pleasant experience with Picture Studios. Faye photographed me and my son with great ease even though he wasn't the best behaved. She had lots of patience and captured some amazing pictures that i can look back on. On arrival i got offered a drink which was a very warm welcome. The woman who presented me the pictures was again very patient as it was a hard choice as there were so many beautiful photos.

Lovely friendly staff, they were so lovely taking photos of us as a family and our one year old daughter! They got plenty of toys out for her to play with and got some lovely photos of her. Going to view the pictures was all organised for us and lovely setting to sit and view them on the big screen. Would highly recommend!

We won a newborn/mat photo shoot. We visited the studios to have our newborn shoot & Faye made us feel extremely at ease & was fantastic with our 9 day year old daughter. Faye took her time & captured some beautiful pictures. I would recommend to anyone having a baby. Beautiful pictures to keep forever.

Just been to veiw our pictures! It was so hard to decide which ones we wanted as they were all so lovely! Our photographer jade was amazing and so patient with the little ones l. Could not be happier with the outcome.

Had an amazing newborn shoot with Faye. We ended up running a little late with traffic and the staff was so understanding! The photo shoot its self was amazing! So many different poses and ideas! It was truly an amazing experience! It felt so professional but personal. Even let us get a family photo!

I went to have some baby photos taken of my little daughter Orla and I was absolutely in love with the results. The two staff members I interacted with (Jade and Louise) were incredibly friendly, professional, cheerful and amazing with my little girl. I was terrified she’d cry the whole time and we wouldn’t get any nice pictures but I was totally wrong and ended up buying loads amazing quality and the staff were lovely. Thank you

We’ve just had a milk bath photo shoot done for our 6 and a half month old son. When we arrived at Picture studios all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a young lady Called Kira do the photos for us, she was so calm and knew how to keep the atmosphere happy. We are very pleased with the out come of our photos and can’t wait to collect them

My little girl had a milk bath shoot with Kira and the whole experience was lovely. Lots of props and different poses and was allowed to get my son involved too, letting him help and also did some pictures including him too which is great. She was so patient and got some beautiful pictures. Had my viewing with Faye and she was great too, explaining all the different packages and making sure I got just what I wanted. Had our family pictures taken yesterday with Taylor she was lovely and patient with my 3 children who were very excitable to be in the studio. The photos we viewed with Kira today were awesome and she was so patient with us carefully selecting the photos we chose.

We won a free sitting and free photo while doing the find the fish competition in the town. The shoot was fantastic and Louise was great with all of us and spent a lot of time getting the photos just right. When we went in to pick our free photo , Charlotte showed us all the photos and she was equally as good as lousie and both couldnt do enough to help us. Thanks for making our photo shoot and choosing which photos to have so special.

Have been for a couple of sessions now and the pictures are amazing! The staff are so friendly and even help you pick pictures you maybe stuck between. They offer you a drink when you come to view your pictures which is such a lovely touch.

Jade was ever so patient with my daughter at our autumn shoot and we got some lovely pictures! Thank you so much! No doubt we’ll be back again soon
