Over exposed photos, bad lighting with colour washed out. Why do schools use this company?! Dreadful.

I ordered a 10x4 photo received a little 1 now the number is out of service. Shocking

Company:Colorfoto Website:clickfoto.co.uk Regarding: school photos Our children's school continues to use this company and all I can say is that the end products are and have been abysmal each year. I refused to purchase last year because they were that awful! It's as though they are paid to point, click and then move onto the next. No or very little effort is made to try and help children to relax so they feel comfortable to smile.

In our sibling photo, the way they have them stood is terrible. Our 7 yo daughter is very tall and towered over our poor 4 yo. That and the angle of the photo was not flattening in the slightest. They could have sat her on a stool with our little boy standing either infront/at a slight angle. I and many other parents have requested that our school do not use this company again because it's obvious that they don't care about achieving the best end product.

I only purchased one of my 4 yo son because we did for our daughter when she was the same age. It's not even as though they're cheap, because they're certainly not. I took photography in college and had an A*. I've invested in a dslr and it's honestly not that difficult to achieve good photos if the effort is put in! If they are used at the school again next year- I plan to stage our own photos with a backdrop.

My advice is, if you are contemplating hiring them. Don't. There are so many other better companies out there that are passionate about their career and it speaks volumes when you see their client photos.

Way overpriced for extremely poor quality photography yet I am still forced to buy them since its my children's school photos and I stupidlyfeel guilty for not. Sending out photos of children with half closed eyes, wide open mid conversation mouths and looking so uncomfortable is really really poor practice. I understand you photograph hundreds of children in a session but surely take a little pride in your art

Excellent service. Quick and at high standard. The lady worked very well with my son who has special needs and managed to get what we needed for passport photo with ease. Information was given to us of how we could order passports online etc. Lady was very knowledgable. Highly recommended using this shop. My family and I will never use those pesky machines again!

Critical:Professionalism This is very disappointing. I thought they were professionals. The school pictures they did, they stretched out my face and make me look fatter. I am very disappointed. I was crying so badly after what I saw. That picture was very ugly. I hope you guys are happy.

School had some school photos done. One of people taking the photos was very rude. They always take so long to upload photos and, they chose the worst out of the 10-20 photos they took. They also took photos when you are talking which made people and me very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional.

Really lovely photos, the best my daughter has had taken in school. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the print quality was superb!

Fantastic experience at our school! I'm a school administrator and was charged with organising photo day, I was very worried about it but these guys made it a doddle. They were professional in the lead up, answering all my silly questions and talking me through various processes, and very helpful, friendly and full of energy on the day too. Photographing over 400 kids, during a pamdemic with all the extra bits that bought was a challenge but Colorfoto rose to it and delievered an excellent service. They were professional from beginning to end and the quality of the photos was also really u good.
