Born in Manchester I moved to Midlands back in 2002 and now consider myself a fully fledged Midlands Photographer.I work with my clients to provide the photography service they want with the personal touches they need.
My work is not an out of the box solution - its a specifically tailored art with your aspirations and my experience combined.
I provide all photography services including wedding photography, engagement shoots, newborn photography, family & kids portraits, celebration & event photographer.
Mobile Studio with props also available.
Based just 7 miles outside of Birmingham - I have car and will travel.

Steve was friendly and went out of his way to get great photos. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone said what a lovely man he was and he really captured the happiness and the laughter at our wedding. He was unobtrusive but managed to get some lovely photos and we couldn't be happier with the results. The DVD to music was just perfect! Thank you!

Steve has such an amazing talent for capturing ‘moments’ which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. It’s not the formal photos that remind you how great your day was – it’s the natural fun and excitement that is so important to be documented. Steve's ability not to miss a moment is incredible, and his energy and passion comes across in hes work.
Working alongside him meeting up before the big day helped and from that moment on we knew he was the one to make our day memorable. Cant thank him enough he really does go above and behind. We also want future photographey from him. AMAZING!!!!!

I would definitely recommend Steve Prophet Photography, Steve is such a nice guy and he works so well with kids , my girls who are 12 & 4 were so relaxed with him, we had so much fun and constant laughter whilst Steve was snapping away. Also my crazy Husky wasn't shy about getting involved in the action too - Steve wasn't phased a bit. Also once my youngest woke up from his sleep Steve was great with my 10 week old Son - perfect all rounder , I would recommend him to anyone & and all in the comfort of your own home. I can't wait to see the pictures.

After looking around at various quotes, I couldn't believe what Steve was offering for such a reasonable price. From the day we first met him, the two meet ups at the venue and the engagement shoot, right through to the day of the wedding, Steve was professional, friendly and put my mind at ease. Steve was extremely organised on the day as well as the months leading up to it.
The amount of photos we have is amazing, no choosing the best 50 like other photographers, we received them all, with lots of them edited in black and white or sepia for example. In addition to this, Steve even created a slideshow movie using our first dance song and another of our choice. Anyone who is going to have children at their wedding - Steve is your man!
So patient with my nephew who just wanted to play and of course Steve obliged, resulting in some cracking photos of all the little ones :) Really can't recommend Steve enough, he has been absolutely brilliant. THANK YOU!!!!

Steve, Photos arrived!! What can I say!! Words can't describe how wonderful they are!! The disc you put to music had me searching for a tissue for sure!!! There are very few photographers who let you have every photo, good, bad and indifferent! All mine are great and I love them!! You were wonderful on the day and on our first meeting you listened to everything I asked for and delivered! Thank you, Steve and Louise too, for your input!! We love it all!!
