Having been a fine art photographer for over a decade, exploring additional ways to create art feels as natural as breathing to me. I have been experimenting with resin for some time as it is quite a tricky medium to work with. By layering various translucent and metallic pigments the resulting painting looks glassy as if you could dive right into it whilst at the same time being resistant to damage and UV light. It can take many days to achieve the layers and ultimate finish but the jewel colours of the finished pieces just keep on amazing me.
