I believe that the best pictures are captured when the subject is relaxed. As such I find that the best locations are within the comfort of your own home, at a great outdoor location of your choice.I can visit you in the comfort of your own home, or shoot at a nearby location. Equipped with studio lighting and backgrounds, I create modern portraits for you to treasure.
A basic portrait session lasts for approximately 1-2 hours, I try to make the experience as relaxed and fun as possible. I don't want your wedding day to be influenced by me at all. No staged moments, I shoot instinctively, using my years of experience to anticipate moments and tell stories. I shoot weddings for couples that are laid back and ready for a huge celebration. They are often not keen on having their photo taken and don't want to stand around posing all day (although if requested, I do often take a few group shots and relaxed couple moments, nothing cheesy!).Read some of my google reviews (opens in new window) and have a look at the kind words I've received over the years.
I'm a real documentary wedding photographer. Telling the emotion and atmosphere of your wedding day without interference, direction or intrusion. I try to be unobtrusive whilst still close to the action and love using layers and interesting compositions along the way to capture the fun and real moments.
Images are unposed and non-directed. Blending into the background, providing photographs that tell the story of the day. Documentary wedding photography is not just about the images delivered, it is about how they are obtained. My laid back approach is the key to ensuring your moments are captured in an unobtrusive way.
Our closest friends and family in the same place for the one and only time, celebrating and partying with us. You hire me because this is one of the most amazing days of your life and you want to remember it forever. It's not my camera you are hiring, it's me. I have a unique ability to capture the unseen moments, the laugh out loud bits and the huge hugs. All whilst telling your story. I'm also a street photographer, I love to look for unexpected moments and capture everyday life. Whether that's travelling to experience different cultures, or documenting our family. Adam really is an incredible photographer. Such a good eye, and a real way of capturing the day without people even knowing he's there! A rare skill indeed. His natural documentary style means you get the relive the day over and over. And he's a bloody great guy to boot. I'd recommend Adam to anyone wanting to capture their big day, or any day for that matter!

Absolutely outstanding! We got in touch with Adam way back in 2018 for our 2020 September wedding and straight from the start we knew we wanted him as our photographer, he is super genuine and his style of photography was exactly what we wanted. Fast forward to a pandemic and Adam was super flexible changing the date 3 times which really helped, we finally got our day in November 2021 and Adam was excellent.
We got our photos 4 weeks after the wedding which was an amazing turnaround and we are literally so totally made up with them! And it's not just us everyone has commented on how amazingly the the photos literally live the day, and it's so true, looking through the photos is like reliving the day and it brings back all the love and laughter (and crazy dancing) we had!
Thank you so much for being the photographer of dreams! :-) Ps totally worth it to get the extra full day coverage. Adam stayed with us literally to the end and captured some absolute corkers and some of our fave pictures of our guests.

Couldn't recommend Adam enough, he's the best wedding photographer. He was recommended to us by our friends and he did not disappoint. So friendly & approachable and goes above and beyond. We got our photos back quickly and each one was perfect and sold the story of our wedding brilliantly. Exactly what we wanted. Me and my fiance don't particularly like having our photograph taken, and he made us both feel so comfortable and at ease.

Adam was wonderful company as well as a fantastic photographer! We really enjoyed having him with us, as photo-phobic people he made us feel very comfortable and the photos were brilliant. We booked Adam over two year ago now (pre pandemic) under a recommendation of a close friend who used him and also spoke highly of him. Throughout the COVID pandemic we have been hit with a lot of uncertainty surrounding our wedding which for obvious reasons caused is a lot of stress when it came to rescheduling and rearranging. From the very first message regarding this matter Adam was highly professional and friendly and did everything in his power to make any change in plans as seamless and as stress free as possible, never making us feel like we were putting him out at all (when I imagine it was a tough time for him and his trade too).
When we had to downgrade our wedding time and amount of guests after paying fully, Adam was the one who opened up discussions into reimbursing us for the change in service without any prompting. When first meeting Adam he was very approachable, friendly and motivated to provide a good service for you the customer. Our children took to him very quickly which is testament to his persona he carries.
The family at the occasion repeatedly commented just how discreet he was whilst performing his work and having received two sample pictures so far we were blown away by the quality of them and we cannot wait for the full album to be delivered. For us, the photographs were probably the most important purchase for the day as it is the thing that encapsulates the memory of the day for you to look at forever. We are so glad we chose Adam to share in this with us.

It's difficult to put in to words just how incredibly talented Adam is. A true professional and just the loveliest guy. My husband and I were so specific about wanting unobtrusive wedding photography and Adam provided this and more. He listened to everything we wanted (and didn't want), completely blended in with our guests on the day and made a fantastic impression on everybody he met.

Adam was our wedding photographer in September 2019. and trust me. look no further. he's the person you need and you won't be disappointed! He captured our day better than we had ever expected! We never wanted the posing photos as that's just not me or my husband, we were all about natural photographs throughout and that is exactly what we got from him! Adam is very professional and knows exactly what he's doing!

Adam - you are amazing! Anyone thinking of having Adam as their wedding photographer won't be disappointed. We were so lucky to find Adam - not only because he's a wonderfully talented photographer but because he's a lovely person too. Our pictures captured the day just perfectly. It is quite difficult to describe within a short review quite how good Adam really is. He is affable, professional, hard-working and above all a fantastic photographer and a genuinely nice guy. When we first met Adam we knew he was the perfect person to photograph our wedding. He made us feel at ease with the entire process and once we started looking through his portfolio - wow. Adam was brilliant not only on the big day itself but also in the build-up.
He was always available and willing to discuss any aspect of the day with us both. On the wedding day Adam was always in the right place at the right time and the images he captured are unbelievable. They perfectly preserve our wonderful memories from the day and we will both cherish and share the photographs forever. We cannot thank him enough for that.
