In March 2007, William Debois set up his studio at Briston Orchard near St Mellion, to develop Ethos Portraits, and offer his individual and contemporary style of portraiture to a clientele seeking unique images that capture more than just a moment in time.

Great photography should be seen and enjoyed; Ethos images are available in ranges of carefully selected products, from bespoke frames, made by hand in Plymouth, to contemporary acrylic displays. Housed in a delightful converted barn, a photo-shoot at Ethos will be relaxed and spontaneous, but none of the images on these two pages are the results of happy accidents, they reflect William's unique ability to quickly build up a rapport with people, and to capture the expressions that best define their personality.
