Guy was amazing from start to finish! From our initial contact, Guy has been extremely professional and efficient - asking us what we were looking for in our photos and guiding us through the day. He would always respond to our questions quickly and provide great ideas or suggestions with no pressure. We had a small wedding of 30 guests at the registry office and wanted a few professional photos to treasure.

Guy really went above and beyond, taking charge whilst making us and all our guests feel very comfortable (which is particularly impressive as Hubby hates having his photo taken!). The photos are marvelous and we received them quickly. Well above our expectations. We would highly recommend Guy.

We are so pleased that we chose Guy as the photographer for our wedding. The photos are exactly what we wanted - a great mix of lovely photos of the two of us throughout the day, nice group pictures and lots of natural shots showing really fun and sweet moments. He is very familiar with Old Marylebone Town Hall (our wedding venue) and really helped us make the most of photo opportunities there.

My partner and I were looking for a professional wedding photographer for our small town hall wedding ceremony and after a quick google search we found Guy's website. We are so happy with the photos and the entire experience of working with Guy! Right from the beginning, Guy was extremely professional and responsive. He also went above and beyond to explain to us what to expect on the day (his website contains amazing information about weddings too!). We booked him for our micro-wedding, which started off with an hour of pre-wedding photoshoot around Chelsea Old Town Hall.

It felt weird and awkward for us at first but Guy immediately made us feel at ease. All my guests also had a great time working with Guy and everyone was impressed with our choice of the photographer! The final photos didn't take long to arrive at all and they look amazing! Guy was a pleasure to work with and made us feel so comfortable although neither of us really like having our photo taken! He was so accommodating and made sure we had all the photos we wanted - he was even happy to climb on a wobbly picnic table to get a shot of everyone! We booked Guy for our wedding day as we wanted someone to capture the natural flow and not focus too much on "posey" photos - Guy was absolutely perfect. In the lead up to the wedding he was very responsive and understood what we wanted, he was also really helpful with explaining what's usually expected on the day! On the day, everyone thought Guy was really friendly and unimposing, but he still captured really lovely formal shots for the in-laws etc!

Some of my favourite photos are just lovely natural shots of people chatting and laughing with each other, which Guy has a great knack for capturing! He also made an absolutely beautiful slideshow of highlights, which was well worth it! I'd highly recommend :-

We hired Guy for just a few hours to photograph our small wedding in London. Right from the initial enquiry, he was really helpful and made the whole process so easy. I was very impressed with Guy's website, which is full of useful details. I have worked with several photographers in my professional life and too often their websites are just a showcase of their portfolio with little practical information. Guy's site told me everything I needed to know about the entire process, so I knew he would be right for us.

We didn't even consider booking anyone else. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and Guy was very understanding about this, and despite our wedding falling during what must be an exceptionally busy time, we had our photos within four days. We're not fans of having our photo taken, but the posed shots were over with very quickly and the rest of the day we would hardly have known Guy was there. The photos are lovely and I can't wait to share them with our guests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy to anyone.

We have just received Guy's photos, and we couldn't be happier with the result. There are amazing, wonderful, great moments frozen in time, just as we had imagined when we decided to hire a photographer. We choose the 1 hour-package because our wedding was going to be a short ceremony at Kensington and Chelsea Old Town Hall, but we wanted to have good memories of the whole thing.

We asked Guy to be our wedding photographer for our small family wedding at The Celtic Manor. From when we booked him until after we received the final photographs he was great. We asked him to photograph before the ceremony, during the ceremony and for group shots after. He was relaxed, professional and made everyone feel at ease. We didn't have to wait long for the final images and when we received them we couldn't believe how stunning they were.

We've shown them to family and friends who all loved them. We were so glad we found Guy, to be our photographer, he fitted in with the day perfectly and we are so thankful for the photographs he took of our day. They are lovely memories that we will always cherish and look back at.

We live abroad but were having a civil partnership ceremony in London, so we had to play it all a bit by ear, organising everything online and not being able to meet anyone - from caterer to reception venue, Town Hall, and photographer of course - until not long before the big day. After looking at various photographers' work on the internet we decided that we really liked the look of Guy's style of photography.

We contacted him and kept in touch by email and on the phone, and at his suggestion met up a month or so before the ceremony so that we could discuss the kind of things we wanted/didn't want, and Guy couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. On the day itself everyone commented how friendly he was, and patient too, on what turned out to be a scorching hot day to say the least!

Just a week after the ceremony we already had a slideshow and a quite a few photos. We also ordered the photo book and we stayed in touch to sort out the photos that were to go in it and how it should look, again Guy couldn't have been more helpful: the end result is we now have a fantastic set of colour and black and white photos, a photo book and a slideshow to remind us of what a great day it was. I employed Guy Milnes Photography to cover my 10 year old nephew's birthday party. We were all very impressed with the results. Guy was unobtrusive and made the children feel at ease capturing some very natural shots. We would recommend him to our friends and would definitely hire him again.

Guy was the photographer for our wedding in Oxford back in October 2016 and he was everything we hoped he would be. He was professional throughout the process from our initial email and phone conversation through to the day itself, and was particularly helpful in talking us through and pointing out important things to consider on the day. We used Guy for a small and intimate second marriage at the end of last year at Chelsea Old Town Hall. We only used him for a limited time slot as we were only 7 people, but in that time he got lots of really nice shots. He worked well with my children also, getting the best out of them and the end result was both a very quick turnaround and of very high quality.

We asked Guy to take photos for my Dad's 70th having been impressed by what we saw and read on his website. We were not disappointed - Guy is a very unobtrusive photographer who excels at taking spontaneous 'natural' photos. We were enormously impressed and I will be strongly recommending him in the future.
