I'm a Lincolnshire wedding photographer and family photographer based in the heart of Lincoln. You hear this a lot from photographers, and it's a bit of a cliche, but my love of photography really did start when my Dad bought a camera, got a bit serious about it all, and spread the love of photography to me!
You see, it's quite difficult for me because I've never sat down and thought to myself, 'I know, I'll call myself a reportage wedding photographer, a portrait photographer, a documentary wedding photographer, an alternative wedding photographer, or a classic family photographer, or even a good old traditional photographer'!
I love photographing weddings, and I love photographing people in love, having the time of their lives with the people they love! If you're looking for informal, unobtrusive, natural photography which captures all the emotion, feelings and fleeting, magical moments from your wedding day, then I could be the photographer you're looking for!
I promise not to overwhelm you with a confusing set of prices. I have three collections available for you, depending on your requirements, but these can be customised if required. Most people find that it really helps to meet with me to meet to go through the options available. That way, you are able to look at the albums available, look at examples of my work, and we can go through the collections together.

Patrick is a consummate professional. Really friendly and good humoured which is a god send when you're nervous about having your headshots done! He made the session fun and relaxing and this in turn resulted in some really stunning photographs that my very self-critical son is actually happy with! I should also add that he has had a great response from casting directors since using the photographs. Thank you Patrick. We will certainly be booking with you again.

Having worked with Patrick over a number of years I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed with his quality of work. His attitude, creativity, knowledge and work ethic are all top notch. He's quite happy to work by himself or within a team situation and when the job's completed his delivery of images is efficient and well processed. To cap it all off, he's a bloody nice chap too! Patrick was the photographer at a friend's wedding a few years ago and I was immediately taken with his style when I saw their album. I looked at more of his work on his website and followed him on FB and knew I wanted to organise a session with him to take some photos of my nieces because his portraits are full of character and beautifully composed.
We got the opportunity, earlier this year, to have a family shoot, my brother, sister, nieces and I. We had a really fun couple of hours at Hartesholme Park with Patrick and he took some amazing pictures. He was great at putting the girls at their ease so that he was able to capture natural shots of them, with no self consciousness. He knew how to get the best out of his models (!) and the wonderful setting, combining the two to great effect.
We had wanted to get at least one or two photos that we could give our mum for Mother's Day and we were totally spoilt for choice. The photographs were more than I had hoped for them to be. I would highly recommend Patrick who is friendly, easy to get along with, an excellent photographer and always very professional. And no hard sell - just photographs that sell themselves!

We used Patrick for our wedding in 2016, and most recently for the Christmas offer. I think that he has a fantastic way about him - when he needs to be invisible he is, and when he can't be invisible he is very good at working with you, pointing you in the right direction and being incredibly patient when you forget to do what he says! At our wedding we can hardly remember him being there, and the resulting pictures and album were fantastic.
He has a real eye for what is need and doesn't force photographs (but he'll do whatever you want in terms of staged pictures). He clearly loves his job and when he spots an opportunity he'll work with it to try and bring out the best possible photographs for you and for him. I'm sure we'll use him again in the future as our daughter grows up and I would happily recommend him.

Thank you SO much Patrick - you captured our wedding day exactly as we had hoped - fun, happy and relaxed. "Natural Expressions" is a spot on description, as all the images are really natural. It was such a pleasure to share the day with you and you were very discreet - lots of folks commented that they didn't even see you taking most of the shots, and you managed to get a photograph of everybody who was there .
