Well what can I say I have used this company since my now 16 yr old daughter was in primary school and then continued to use them for my son. I have never once had an issue with them and the photos I still treasure to this day. Now my son has just moved up to secondary school and I was exited to purchase his tutor photo only to find my son never received it.
Thinking all was lost I contacted the school who had no joy in finding it so I contacted the company. They were amazing, understanding and so helpful and now I'm looking forward to receiving my sons picture. They were so quick to respond and so happy to help and reassure me I would have my sons first tutor photo to treasure along with all his other photos. I can't recommend this company enough great customer service and beautiful pictures to always enjoy time and time again.

Cardwell & Simons have been taking my daughters school photos for a couple of years now, but this year they have taken my sons nursery photos too. They used a festive backdrop and got some amazing photos of a child who refuses most of the time! I struggled to pick out of the huge choice they gave us. The photo packs are great value and we look forward to getting them. Thank you

I have used Cardwell and Simons for 4 years now, therefore It won't surprise you to learn that I think the quality of the shots is excellent. In addition they offer a wide range of products at competitive pricing which (crucially for me) includes a digital download option. But where they truly excel is customer service. Yesterday I managed to delete one of my digital downloads.
I sent Cardwell and Simons an e-Mail and within 15 minutes I had a response (personal not automated) with a new download link to retrieve An image taken 9 months ago! Well worth the 5 stars and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
