I can't rave enough about Natali Kelly. The space is so beautiful and a treat to visit but more importantly the team is wonderful. From reception to the practitioners, to Natali- I have always felt like I'm in amazing hands and it's truly a 5 star experience from when you walk in the door. I have had multiple treatments from Jodie and Sophie and they are both so kind, professional, and soothing.

I get really anxious and they were so patient with me and made me feel really taken care of before, during, and after. I've been so thrilled with the results after having two ULTRAcelQ+ treatments and after Natali recommended a skin care routine with ZO Skin products my acne has completely cleared up. It has really made such an impact on my confidence and I couldn't be more grateful.

Today I had the most amazing experience. From the Moment the door opened I received the best customer care. I had a treatment done that I'm very happy with the results, I brought skin care to take home. they have the best of the best machines, techniques and products. All the team are extremely knowledgeable and there experience shows. I've been to see Natali twice now and honestly cannot say enough good things. The clinic is absolutely stunning and you immediately feel relaxed once you step inside. All of the staff I have met have been exceptionally lovely and friendly. Natali herself is very obviously an expert in her field. She is so reassuring and gentle, talks you through everything she is recommending and doing. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and look forward to future visits to the clinic.

I've been to Natali three times now (for lip fillers) and I'm still so impressed by how natural the result is. I had extremely thin, small lips before and was certain a natural result was impossible. But her work and expertise really speaks for itself. She is so thorough with explaining her technique, never overfills, and has such a delicate hand.

My lip journey has been so gradual and subtle that no one has asked me if I'd had work done, I just get so many compliments! Also, her new clinic is heavenly. Thank you Natali!

Natali is professional, friendly and has a genuine interest to make you feel your best. She is great at what she does. I felt comfortable going to Natali after a corrective procedure performed 6 weeks ago at the clinic. This is my second time back and I wouldn't visit anywhere else. The clinic is lovely and her team are amazing. I've had second hydrafacial here now, again I wouldn't go anywhere else. I can't recommend enough.

Natali is not only the best clinic in London she personally is the best one! I have been in many clinics in several countries and nobody had take care of my face as she did. Natalia did our Engagement and Wedding photographs and I am so pleased we chose her, nobody else comes close! She is so lovely and was friendly to our guests whilst being organised and getting everybody where she wanted them for the perfect picture. She captured our big day beautifully, our pictures and album are so natural and lovely! We had to get more pages for our album because there were too many great pictures!

I would recommend her 100% it's been 6 months since our wedding and people are still talking about her and what a great job she did. I would recommend getting the engagement shoot before your wedding as she teaches you how to pose and look good in photo's too. Thank you, you are brilliant!
