Tiptography grew out of my passion for photography, and the ability to capture moments and memories for you to treasure. My specialiality is wedding and portrait photography, from newborn babies, to whole families. I work in an informal, modern, reportage photography style, the images will capture the atmosphere of the occasion, as well as being a record of moments past. I always aim to be as unintrusive as possible, thus allowing the event to flow the way it has been planned. I am a professional photographer based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, but I am more than willing to travel if required.

Weddings are one of my favourite events and I am proud to call myself a Wedding Photographer. Carefully watching and recording the how people are interacting on your special day is my aim for the day along with capturing special moments for you to treasure. I will do this by combining a selection of formal images, with more relaxed informal reportage/candid images. While I am a photographer that likes to shoot mainly in my preferred reportage style, I am more than willing to ensure that there are plenty of pictures taken of the special moments at your wedding and people you want captured too.
My normal photography coverage finishes at your first dance. After this I can bring along my mobile studio equipment and set up a 'photo booth' to capture your guests enjoying the evening.

I love taking pictures of people, my prefered style is on location and using natural light, as I feel that this leads to a more natural portrait that shows more of the person. I will make the session fun, as I believe that the best portraits are taken when relaxed. If needed I will use discreet lighting to enhance the image, but I prefer to keep this to a minimum if possible. Living in Cheltenham, in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, there are an abundance of beautiful places to go for a relaxed portrait session. I am happy to advise locations I think suitable around Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. I am also happy to go to your favourtie places where you feel most at home and relaxed.

I am available to shoot at your event, this could be a party, sporting event or formal gathering in or around Cheltenham or further afield in Gloucestershire, wiltshire and the West Midlands. I am able to shoot as it happens reportage style, or bring along my studio equipment and set up a mini studio.
I have the facility to print onsite in professional quality, providing mounted 7x5 prints. These can be sold sold individually or included in a one off payment.

I was very fortunate to have a whole day of shooting and received an excellent range of photos for my portfolio and self-promotion. The studio is located in a wonderful place in England, which can grant you access to a variety of backgrounds and give you that periodic English heritage touch to your photos. I already had headshots to look for work in film and TV but these photos certainly backed me up in terms of my image outside work.
