The first reason should be that you love my photography and assuming you�ve read this far I hope that you do. The truth is that anyone with a camera can take a photo and sometimes they�re great but a professional always takes great photos. I have experience of working in the high pressure environment of a wedding day and use equipment that I know like the back of my hands such as professional grade cameras and lenses that work in bright sunshine, rain and darkness. I know how to use flash so you don�t look like a deer in the headlights and have backup equipment with me at all times.

Having shot many weddings I know what can happen and what to expect. This means I am prepared to get the right shots at the right time because I anticipate them. I spend hours editing your photos so that they�re perfect. I understand colour and light,
the difference between colour temperatures, soft and hard shadows, the correct type of black and white to reflect a moment, which areas to darken and which to lighten to enhance impact and so much more.

I manage and work with people; getting little James to smile, making sure Aunt Edith is in the right place for the group shots, running up and down stairs to grab sewing kits or pass messages along is all part of the service. I also work with the people at your venues and churches regularly and as professionals we know how to work together so your day runs smoothly and you get the right photos that you want. Excuse the pun but the short of it is that I am focused on doing the job I love properly.
