I am a people and pets Portrait photographer, based near Honiton in East Devon. I also photograph events, sport and supply images to stock libraries. Many of my images have been published in various forms, including national newspapers, numerous books and magazines with recent customers, including The Guardian, Telegraph, Digital Photo Magazine, Wildlife Trust, and The British Museum to name just a few. I have also had many years experience as a Wildlife Photographer and give Bespoke one to one tuition totally structured to suit your individual ability and requirements to take your wildlife photography to the next level. The workshop can take place at my home at Combe Hill near Honiton photographing the many different woodland and farmland birds and other wildlife that visit us here. If you wish we can use another venue to suit you.

Couldn't recommend anyone/anywhere more. Chris is such a chilled, friendly, accommodating guy who goes above and beyond to help out :) We used the studio for a set of mini film shoots - the lightning was fab, the space was more than big enough and Chris made our time really easy and fun! Thanks for being so relaxed and helpful over these shoots - looking forward to coming back sometime, hopefully soon :)

Put simply, Chris is THE BEST headshot photographer I have worked with in a decade of having professional actor headshots. His studio is welcoming, fully equipped and set in the rolling countryside of Devon - no arduous motorway trips to London sitting in traffic! I recently used Chris's photography studio for a family shoot and I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only is Chris friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, his studio is perfectly equipped with everything you'd need for multiple set ups and lighting needs. On the day Chris stuck around to make sure everything went off smoothly as I was a little nervous with all the equipment.

I needed some author portrait photos for my book and wanted to include my little dog. Chris made us both feel at ease and was soon snapping away with a variety of backgrounds. As a result the photo selection is marvelous and have been admired by friends and family, and my publisher was pleased with the results. I'm really happy to recommend Chris to anyone who wants some photos done for either personal or business purposes. I could easy download my photos from his website afterwards and was able to order excellent quality prints which arrived very quickly.

We certainly challenged Chris' patience bringing along the full family.and I mean chaos - including an energetic 20 month-old baby, my 6-months pregnant wife and our skittish dog! It was clear from Chris' warm welcome and calming professionalism that we were in good hands. The studio and setting is simply state-of-the-art, he really has thought of everything.
I personally really appreciated his ability to adapt and go with what 'you' want whilst exploring ideas from what he 'knows' works. The service is great value for money compared to others we researched. The photos are fantastic and really will be a great memory to put up on the wall. Chris is friendly, efficient and soon put me at ease when I asked him to photograph me. It had to be done-I don't usually want my photo taking. He was punctual on arrival at my home and polite-he offered to take his shoes off! The photos arrived within 48hours and I was very pleased with the result and the price. I can recommend him unreservedly
