I photograph in a way that allows your day's true events and emotions to come through in the images. I know how much effort goes in to getting a wedding just right so my guiding principle is not to intrude and alter the flow of it. I want you to get on with enjoying your wedding day / civil ceremony and not worry about the photography; I have an established record of delivering fantastic images in all conditions. I have the eye and experience to see a good photo opportunity and the skill to capture it perfectly. I believe the photographer is there to record your day as it naturally unfolds. This provides the best, most natural results.Most wedding photographers offer set photography packages at various price ranges that might not suit your budget or requirements. I understand how important monitoring the cost of your big day is and offer a much more flexible approach. I offer two basic options of a half day or whole day of photography. With each you will receive all your photos as high resolution files on USB drive with license to make copies. You can then add extra options such as additional hours, a pre-wedding photoshoot, albums, and more. This approach means you get the perfect level of photography to suit your requirements.

Most of us own many digital devices and have an online presence. We understand this means most couples would like to have the digital files of their photos to keep. That's why all of our packages include the high-resolution files, watermark-free, with license to print, share with family, or post to social media.

Andrew was very attentive and considerate in his approach. Start to finish he made every attempt to understand what we wanted and blended into the day very well. His work after the big wedding day was excellent and incredibly pleased with the results. Would highly recommend for being easy to work with and strong at communicating not only on the day but before and after.

We got married this summer at Traquair House in the Borders, and Andrew was our photographer. Before the wedding we had both an engagement photoshoot, which I would definitely recommend if you are uncomfortable in front of the camera, and spent time at the venue to look at possible photo ideas. Both of these helped us feel a lot more relaxed with everything on the wedding day itself. Andrew was fantastic with us, and really worked hard to incorporate our ideas whilst also providing his expertise on locations, poses, etc.
His style was professional, relaxed and unobtusive, which meant we got some great photos of even the most reluctant of models. Most importantly, we absolutely loved the photos he delivered which contained a great mix of candid photos and the wedding essentials. He was also flexible with COVID caused schedule changes, of which we had a few! We would fully recommend him to anyone for their wedding!

The first image I obtained from Andrew wasn't after my wedding but before it. The picture of our big day was conjured up by Andrew's description of our wedding day unfolding through a lens you simply can't buy in the shops. He is calm, knowledgeable and experienced as well as extremely professional. He spent time before our day explaining what would happen and the significant moments that we may want to have captured.
We are utterly grateful to Andrew for the stunning photos of our day. We have beautiful pictures of the whole wedding party and more. Having Andrew as our wedding photographer was a wonderful experience (and one of the least-stressful parts of organizing the wedding). He was prompt and helpful in all of his responses before and after the wedding. During the wedding, he was both efficient and unobtrusive, which allowed us to maximize our time talking with our friends and family instead of posing for photos. Andrew provided a fantastic service when doing our wedding photo re-shoot. He made sure to understand exactly what it was we were looking for so that we got what we were looking for. Everything was so relaxed and calm. Andrew coped with some very challenging circumstances on the day but there was never any stress or rush. We had a fab day and we are very happy with the results. Our photo's are fab and we absolutely love them.

It was really nice having Andrew as our photographer. He was so easy to work with. Our shoot was slightly different to the norm as we were having our wedding photos done again because we didn't like the ones from the day. The whole process was very relaxed and Andrew listened to exactly what we wanted. He made sure he had a clear idea of what we wanted to capture in the photos.

Andrew did a fantastic engagement photoshoot for my wife and I just prior to our wedding. Getting married in Las Vegas was the only reason Andrew wasn't there for the big day itself! His ability to put us at ease straight away was great as we were both nervous about having the shoot done. In the end it turned out to be loads of fun and the photos were absolutely incredible.
We also had an amazing leather bound album made as part of our package which was just perfect. Do not hesitate to use Andrew - you won't regret it and I will certainly be using him again in the future. Thank you so much!

From the first contact with Andrew, we knew we had picked the perfect photographer to capture the special moments of our wedding day. From the start, he was helpful, responsive and professional in ensuring the day would go ahead perfectly. Andrew wanted to make the effort to meet us and get to know us before the wedding so he knew exactly what type of photos we would want and if we had any special requests.

It was an absolute delight to have Andrew as our photographer. A genuinely lovely guy, made everything very easy and of course took fabulous photos of our day. We felt totally comfortable in front of Andrew, and he helped us with many things on the day and leading up to it as we live in London but were getting married in Edinburgh. If we were to do it all again I’d pick Andrew every time.

We could not be happier with the photographs Andrew took of our wedding. We are London based so it was by chance that I found him and liked his portfolio of pictures. He is such an easy person to get on with and we hardly noticed he was there on the day. so discreet, but still managed to capture those intimate and personal moments. We made an excellent choice and would definitely recommend him.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Andrew as our wedding photographer. Not knowing what to expect, we were quickly assured by his calm demeanor and fantastic care he took in meeting with us and going through all the things we might expect from his service. His portfolio amazed and delighted us. Having the ability to catch both the grandest scenes and the minute expressions people have during their weddings.
On the big day, he was gentle and happy to help in any way possible. It was my first time putting on a kilt and he helped me sort through the outfit, taking pictures as I tried to assemble myself into one. Throughout the day he made sure to capture every bit of beauty that wasfound at the event and venue, capturing the happy and silly moments. Like a Scottish Collin Firth, Andrew's gentlemanly presence helped us both during our wedding as a photographer and as a pillar of support. Andrew was the ultimate gentleman throughout the whole process. From the moment we got in contact with him, he put my now wife at ease and was confident we had booked the right photographer for what we wanted. She was spot on. He listened to what we wanted and he delivered. He made no fuss, explained clearly what he needed from us and replied to emails promptly.
The preparation could not have been easier from our side. Andrews cool, calm and collected manner was exactly what we needed on the day.
