We can only say amazing things about Damien. We are delighted with the images, delivered only a few weeks after. Damien was our immediate choice due to his focus on relaxed and candid shots, capturing the feelings of our guests and some wonderful little moments of the day when we didn't even realise. He was easy to chat with in the enquiry stage and we just connected on looking for a meaningful and relaxed vibe in our images, not posed or forced.

The images are so crisp and beautifully capturing the light throughout our day. Damien sent us 5 images two days after the wedding to have immediate images of the special day, and then collated a stunning and super tasteful 'best of' slideshow with music so we could share easily our memories with our friends and family, followed by the full album. We can't thank you enough Damien for giving us lifelong memories of our day.

Couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer. On the consultations Damien was efficient, understanding and organised. On the day he was friendly, calming (very important!) and professional. The final result was beautiful, he was incredibly accommodating to my inconvenient requests and I cant stop smiling every time I look at our photos!

If you want a professional and great guy to take candid and relaxed shots of your day, then look no further than Damien. We didn't want loads of staged or "traditional" wedding shots, but wanted him to just capture natural shots of people enjoying the day, which is exactly what he did! The photos were brilliant and he edited and provided them to us in good time (approx 4 weeks) - looking at them took us right back to the day itself! Highly recommended!

Damien was due to photograph our July 2020 wedding that got postponed (Covid!) to July 2021. Damien was professional and thoughtful throughout, from initial conversations, to our engagement shoot, to scheduling and rescheduling plans as the pandemic changed everything. On our wedding day itself Damien arrived promptly, and seamlessly integrated himself with us and our guests- it was like having another friend there who happened to be taking photos!

His organisation and communication was spot on and the final photos are fantastic too. We would not hesitate to recommend Damien to anyone getting married - he was a faultless photographer!

I can't rate Damien highly enough - we have had so many compliments about the photos he took of our day - they are colourful and vibrant and really captured the energy of the day. Damien himself is great to have on the day as well, lovely guy very relaxed and goes with the flow. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm not sure I can say enough good things about Damien's work on our wedding day. He was everywhere, without being intrusive, and his style of photography means we've got so many wonderful natural shots of our guests enjoying the day, in addition to some wondeful posed shots. His use of light and space really is fantastic. Everyone we've shown the photos to has commented on how wonderful they look - I actually think several guests are looking for their own copies of photos of them.

The photos that Damien took of our wedding are stunning! We love that Damien managed to capture so many natural moments of our guests enjoying themselves. Damien shot our wedding on 26th June & I can honestly say I'm so, so happy with the end result! The photos are stunning. He really captured the essence of our special day in every single photo. Damien was our photographer for our wedding in August 2019. My brother and sister-in-law had hired him the previous year and we thought his work was fantastic. We love his bright colours, quirky shots and relaxed photography. We knew his work would be good but i was ultimately impressed with the extra lengths he went to with scouting the area early for great little photo spots! Also- his professional ability to work with our videographer who we booked separately. Everyone thought they were booked together as they both worked so professionally together. I would highly recommend Damien.

Damien's photographs of our wedding are fantastic and beautifully capture the atmosphere of our wedding day as well as the features of our unique venue in Tuscany. He was so easy to get along with and was super efficient at getting great shots, such that we were able to get on and enjoy our wedding day with our guests, without feeling like we'd spent hours having photos done. Damien was excellent at our wedding! He was everywhere at once, got plenty of natural photos of everyone enjoying themselves. For 2 people that dont do well infront of cameras Damien made us feel very comfortable. Super happy with the photos , did everything we asked for and couldn't fault anything. Very quick turnaround with receiving the photos so no waiting for ages which was amazing. Kind and very pleasant to be around!

Damien was an amazing wedding photographer! He was patient and up for whatever we wanted, including taking some photos at our legal ceremony a month before the wedding instead of an engagement shoot. I'm glad we found him and very happy with the photos!

As soon as we looked at the wedding portfolio on Damien's website we knew that he stood out from a crowded field. His photos just seemed to burst off the screen, so full of vibrant colour and really full of character. After speaking to Damien on the phone we knew he was the one immediately. He was super professional, really friendly and most importantly really down to earth.

On the day Damien worked absolutely tirelessly to capture every moment. Most of the time we barley notice he was there but we did have some really complimentary comment from our guest about how friendly and what good fun Damien was to be around. He wrapped up the group shots in no time so that nobody got bored and he took us away for around 15 minutes to get some truly magical shots of Paul and I the we'll treasure forever. We received the photos with 2 weeks of the wedding and were truly blown away by how well they capture the day. Damien really was the perfect choice.

I have worked with Damien a number of times over the last 3 years. Some of this work includes family portraiture, corporate and wedding photography. You can see from his portfolio that his work is excellent, but Damien is professional, creative, approachable, friendly and invisible when you need him to be. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Well what can we say about Damien's work, he is amazing, thoughtful and manages to capture all the shots that you hold in your head as memories but captured on film. We generally hate having our photos taken and generally can't agree on good pictures of ourselves that we both like. But from our engagement shoot and all the wedding photos we like them ALL.

This is purely down to how skilled Damien is as a photographer and his ability to capture the mood and vibe of the day through photographs. majority of the time we didn't even realise he had captured a moment until we saw the pictures. He has captured every element of the day perfectly and everyone who has seen our pictures who were not at the wedding, says what a lovely vibe they get from them.

We have had comments from people who were at the day who said "perfectly captured a perfect day". You don't need a video if you are using Damien as he gives you everything you will ever want and need. After Meeting with Damien one evening both myself and my bride to be, knew that we had found our photographer!
Damien was just what we were looking for in a wedding photographer someone who would blend in and feel like one of the guests, capturing moments otherwise unseen. He also shared his love of shooting with prime lenses - something which I have in common with him, as I believe it makes the photographer move around the subject more and produces a better framed image.

When done well the resulting images are amazing and let me tell you Damien shoots incredibly well. Our photos are stunning and we couldn't have asked for anything more. My wife felt very comfortable with Damien during the pre-ceremony portions of our day and I loved being whisked away for a few photos of just the two of us. It's not something we are used to doing, but our pre-wedding shoot with Damien and his cheerful friendly nature allowed us to just have fun, feel natural and the resulting photos are awesome!

During the whole process Damien actively engaged with us to discuss the types of photos we would like to get, both listening to our ideas and providing inspiration when we riding know what to do. He was punctual and all images were delivered within a few weeks of our wedding. A truly brilliant photographer!

Our wedding day at the Hotel Felix was wonderful, very relaxed and happy – and one important part of this was because Damien himself was so relaxed. We were able to chat and mingle happily with our guests while photos were taken unobtrusively so that no one felt self-conscious or hassled. We had a mixture of more formal and reportage style shots, which reflected the ambience of the day. Damien was also very flexible regarding the package we chose and took into account our own wishes at every stage. We would thoroughly recommend Damien Vickers photography, and have a lovely selection of beautiful photos to remind us of our special day.

We were very happy to have Damien on hand to photograph our wedding day. In the lead-up he was readily on hand to answer any questions and we felt confident the photography would run smoothly after chatting and emailing with him extensively. The day itself brought gorgeous English summer weather, which made for a very hot work environment, but Damien and Phil still worked tirelessly to capture all the big and small moments.

We were glad to have Damien on hand for the ceremony and all the events of the evening, as he got some fantastic shots from the ceilidh and disco (not to mention those of the reception and ceremony itself). We are really pleased with how he managed to capture the spirit of the day, both in the shots of us as a couple and of our guests having a good time. Finally, the photos of our venues were really stunning as well. All in all the pictures serve as a fantastic reminder of a very special day and we are so thankful to Damien for capturing everything.
