Although each and every wedding is totally unique, they all have a few things in common. Weddings are all pretty much guaranteed to be full of love, tears and an abundance of emotion. It is therefore my job to spontaneously capture each and every magical moment as your special day unfolds. By keeping a very low profile throughout the day and interfering as little as possible, I am able to record the most natural of moments, which I believe create the best photographs.
Hello, my name is James, I'm an easy going, professional documentary wedding photographer in Norfolk, based in the historic town of King's Lynn. I'm a wedding photographer that enjoys all aspects of photography, but photographing people is where my real passion lies. As you look through my work you'll notice that my style is a little different to that of a traditional wedding photographer. For me it's all about being 'creative' and capturing the 'real moments' that show 'unique character', 'personality' and emotion.
Marrying my beautiful wife, made me realise just how special the wedding day can be and how important it is to have detailed memories to look back on and cherish for years to come. I've realised the importance of capturing the finest of details, the emotion and all the little things that usually go unnoticed.
When I am not out shooting a wedding, I am likely to be found at the park, the beach or the woodland taking natural photos of families smiling, laughing and having fun together. Lifestyle photography is all about capturing amazing family images that show love, natural expression and personality. Unlike studio photography which is staged, very unnatural and often quite awkward - Lifestyle photography takes place in a relaxed and natural environment.The family home is always a great place to have photos taken, but there are lots of lovely places that make the perfect setting for outdoor family photography all over Norfolk.
Your wedding day is going to be one of the most remarkable days of your life. It is very likely to be an emotional day that you will want to remember for years to come. An emotional day that will whizz past in what feels like no time at all. Having a set of photographs to look back on is one of the best ways to reminisce.

We hired James for our wedding last year and we would definitely recommend him after the amazing job he did for us. it goes without saying that our pictures were awesome but one thing that we really wanted was to not be pestered for pictures all day. James did a great job blending in and managed to get some great pictures without us even knowing he was there. we were really happy with the service James provided and how relaxed he was throughout the day!

We would recommend James very professional person and he got to know us as a couple prior to our wedding on July 14th 2018. Very pleased with our photos of our big day and also the photo album James did for us. Could not wish for a nicer person honest and reliable . He does what it says on the tin! We have booked again for our granddaughters christening on September 16th 2018
