I specialise in the presentation of Hotels, Guest Houses, Holiday Centres and other components of the Tourism Industry, as well as general Commercial Photography. A photographer on the Isle of Wight since the 1960's, my interest was first aroused while attending Cowes Secondary Modern School. I count myself very fortunate to be able to make a living doing what I enjoy most - taking pictures!

I was charged for a service that wasn't confirmed. I tried to book a full face, and it went through, and quickly said that am error had occurred, and I was to try again, which I did, and revieved the same message. Then Monday, I was charged 20$ for a no-show. As far as I knew I didn't have an appointment, and nothing showed on my online website portal. Do better Sephora.

A quick stop although it does not offer very much variety for mens health and skin care. With the women's products being 99% of the store, men has a selection of approx 10 items. Disappointed in the equity of men's health products.

Every time I go here, I'm watched like a hawk. The employees constantly side eye me and follow me, and then when I DO ask for help, I'm made to feel like an inconvenience. I only go to this Sephora if white oaks is out of something. Reading reviews from other people of colour saying they also experience this regularly at this location is extremely problematic, and the lack of response from the managers is infuriating and concerning. Do better.

Wow. That was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a store. I walk in with my girlfriend only to see a huddle of workers talking to each other. Talk about customer service. wasn't helped once as I watched the lady's chit chat in the corners. The only time I was helped was when an employee ran by and said something was out of stock. Lost my sale and my business.

I went last night - about 20 minutes before close & Anna (skin care specialist) helped me out. She was so informative & quick to recommend the best products for my skin without rushing me, she made my experience very fun & she knows her stuff! I went home & couldn't wait to try my new products out, everything was exactly as she said & the products are perfect for my skin type. Very very pleased.
