PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this man at all costs. He is not only out to scam you out of thousands of pounds but he won't stop with the pressure and will be very inappropriate as he was with me feeling up my leg and commuting sexual harrasment so he can get thousands of pounds out of you. Please learn from my mistakes. I 'won' a competition that he had advertised online (a lot of other women 'won' this competition as well) I had my photos taken and then a week later went to view them without any knowledge that I would have to pay nearly 3000 for just 23 photos (this did come in a box and frame but that it was just for 23 photos). While in room at the top of the building, and the building was empty, he showed me the photos, and then made me feel very vulnerable because I don't know how dangerous he is, so felt I couldn't say no as he moved closer to me on his sofa and started to rub up my leg. I just wanted to get out of there. I initially thought I wanted the photos but then messaged back and forth wanting to change my order, and making the decision to cancel it all and try and get a refund. Part of the reason is that he wanted me to have to see him again. He refuses to give you any money back even though you haven't received anything either. He did then email me saying he would give me a refund if I agreed to all his demands such as keeping my mouth shut about what he had done to me but has since ignored me. He is an awful person and I now just want to warn other people what he is like. He also admitted he has video footage of the room. Which make me wonder what he videos women in there for. Please do not fall for his scam like I did and leave yourself in a very vulnerable position with him. I do need to contact the police I know.

Photo dog shoot: From arrival to departure was a very warm welcome. The photo shoot took just over an hour and I walked away pleased knowing that every effort was made to capture every possible moment that could happen. On returning a week later i went throughout the pictures with in mind that I wanted the 3 across in a wooden frame. Andrew helped me choose the best pictures for the frame at my request (we had an agreed budget of 500). The pictures turned out amazing and thankyou for the extra pics of both my girls. 5 stars from me thankyou Andrew.

We were given a pet shoot as a gift. Andrew was very patient with our puppy and managed to take some beautiful photos.

I had a family photoshoot done at Risbeys booking was really easy and even though I had to change it twice it was never an issue which was great. The photoshoot went really well and we got a good range of different photos. Lots of different options depending on your budget and I was really happy with the finished product. Highly recommend for fantastic quality and value and generally just having your photos taken by such a good down to earth guy.

Andrew took fabulous, enchanting photos of me and my daughter which we will treasure forever. Nat & Andrew were both very personable, professional and made me feel really comfortable. They were both great with my daughter and she loved being dressed as a fairy and exploring the photo set. The photos are just beautiful and the customer service received was brilliant. I would highly recommend

I had been looking to get a bridal bodouir shoot done and I came across this studio via a Groupon package. I didnt really know what to expect when booking. They could not have been any more helpful. Very chatty and made me and My friend feel comfortable from the onset. The shoot was brillaint and I cant fault the hair or make up. I needed this as a gift and with a very fast turn around.

The photos had been viewed, edited and ready to collect within a week. They are just perfect. The gift set I choose was beautiful. Thank you! I will definitely be recommending

Boudoir photoshoot. Andrew was very professional, open and honest before, during and after the shoot. I was nervous and self conscious during the shoot but was made to feel comfortable throughout and some gorgeous and respectful shots have been taken as a result! Would definitely recommend this brilliant photographer!

Perhaps have a good look around and find a friendly photographer who has a pleasant and patient manor throughout and who does not apply pressure. Mr. Risbey really isn't the most pleasant of people and his business skills leave a lot to be desired. Their make up artist really isn't too good either.

This company is a disgrace! I made the appointment for my baby's first birthday cake smash and was asked for 55 and was paid in full. When I had the pictures taken he then told me come back the next day to view the pictures. He showed me a slideshow of my baby then asked for 775 for a dongle stick! Not even printed photos witch oviously I could not afford! I am outraged out 55 and no pictures of my baby's first birthday horrible people and not worth giving you money to! Totally over priced a joke!

I recieved a gift off a family member for a dog photo shoot which was purchased through groupon. I arranged an appointment to go and get the photos taken, this required a 25 deposit not sure why as I had already paid for the shoot. The photos took approximately 1 week to be ready to view. I then made an appointment to view the photos and choose which I would like. Included in the price was 1 small photo. Andrew the owner was very pushy and was trying to convince us to purchase more photos.

I gave in and purchased another photo which cost me 100. The photos then took another 6 weeks to be printed and I was not informed when they were ready so I rang up and was told they are ready. After this I called at least 4 times to try to arrange to collect the photos and was told every time that they don't work Sat-Tuesday. This left us with Wednesday, Thursday, Friday to collect the photos and this was only if Andrew had photo shoots booked in. Andrew was not willing to come in to work so that I could collect the photos I had paid for if he wasn't already in taking photos.

I then asked him if he could call back one day after he had collected his child from school and he said he would be totally going out of his way so refused. I then asked if Andrew could post the photos to me and he said he could at a charge of 10 which is definitely not what it would cost to send them. I had my photo shoot in March and didn't manage to collect them until July.

This was a really bad experience and Andrew has extremely bad customer service skills and should want to keep his customers happy as it is his own business. This shop is very over-priced and not worth the hassle. The only positive is that the 5x4 photo which was included in the groupon was upgraded to an A4 size as we purchased another photo.

Had fairy shoot done with my granddaughter. she was very unsure at 1st but the staff were great very friendly great service. The photos looked fab. worth a visit

Just viewed and ordered photos of my daughter on the mother and daughter fairy shoot. Everyone at Risbeys was fantastic. From prebooking online (Andrew replied to several emails with questions I had prior to me booking) to the actual shoot to viewing the photos everything was amazing. Yes the photos are a bit more than you would pay in say Mothercare but they are truly amazing and well worth the money for those special moments, photos are chances for us to capture amazing moments for life.

My daughter has severe learning difficulties and did not understand that Andrew was taking her photo and wouldn't pose but Andrew worked brilliantly with her and when she walked of half way through the shoot he was totally fine and told us to take our time, even when she tried to taste all the furniture and test all the doors. His patience was great and he was totally understanding. Andrew tried lots of different things to help us get the best photos that we could. The result was fabulous and I can't wait to get the images that I have ordered. I will definitely be going back in a few years to get my daughter done again.

Really friendly couple who run the shop. Great quality, and really good guidance throughout the selection process. Would definitely use again.
