Since 2016 we have specialised in property photography for estate agents offering high-quality professional photographs that stand out in a crowd. It is a reliable service that meets the demands of estate agents and their clients, with stunning photographs that capture the very best of any property.

Stonecot Studios now leads the way in producing high quality images of properties for sales and lettings. Colin Smith and Jonathan Mark Johnson have many years of experience as real full-time professional photographers. This in-depth understanding of photography from an artistic point of view tied in with technical know-how from having studied photography and worked in photography for a long time means that we can deliver the best possible results.We know how to make a property look its best. This can involve working with the vendor or landlord to help and suggest ways to present their rooms in the best way possible.
Studio portraits and weddings were the main line of work for Stonecot Studios owner and photographer Colin Smith from 1993 right up until 2016 when the shop/studio at Stonecot Hill was sold. We continue to offer portrait photography, working on location either outdoors or with a small mobile studio set up.
