Services
From the humble beginnings of a basement in a derelict, 4 storey, Victorian warehouse building, and former home to The Pete Waterman Empire "Borough Studios" came to be. From just 2 rehearsal rooms, an outdoor Art gallery and a community of musicians and artists, it grew into 10 rooms with a recording studio and 3 floors of creative Live/work space.
Our newly built music rehearsal studios, located behind Borough tube station in SE1 have been acoustically designed and treated to a high specification, achieving up to 70db of attenuation. They include some of the best equipment available on the market including vintage valve guitar amps, Yamaha custom drum kits, Mackie mixing desks and RCF PA systems.

No answer from the telephone, I thought to walk over and take a look around. As far as I could tell it doesn't exist, as I could find no signage or labels on various doorways in the Vineyard.

I bloody love this place. The staff are SO helpful and brilliant. The room I used was small like people say but we had 5 of us including drummer and it was fine! Highly recommend!

Great gear and soundproofing mean Vineyard pack a lot into their relatively small rooms. Our preferred choice in zone one.

Are you joking? A room the size of a large coffin, with guitar amps incapable of creating any sort of distortion. It's not asking much is it? Well apparently so- and at 80 per rehearsal, I think it's safe to say I will never be returning there

Equipment and staff are fantastic. They even post on social media in support of bands that practice there. However, the rooms can be very small and are expensive.

Small rooms; decent equipment. Lacks the authentic rehearsal room odour, but prepared to forgive that.

Great studios that are reasonably priced for Central London. Being within 2 mins of the Tube station is a massive plus and with a good quality backline it's our favourite rehearsal space by far. Very friendly and helpful staff who will go the extra mile to help you out.

One of the best rehearsal spaces I've used in London - thoroughly recommended and a great service too.

Soundproofing isn't their forte but if you're looking for cheap rehearsal space that doesn't smell like a squat then this is the place for you.
