Disappointing that they company has changed the service they offer with no warning to customers and no reduction in price. Customer service response wasn't much above saying "thats the way it is now, tough luck". There was no attempt to rectify the situation

We did buy last year. The frame was poor quality. Not sure why schools still using this company. Personally I don't recommend at all.

My son had his picture taken today.absolutely disgraceful especially for a professional photographer. Appalling.they need a new photographer.

Outraged! I wanted a simple digital version of a photo just to see the digital version cost much more than many of the printed versions. This is an outrage and I am less than happy!

Critical:Quality, Value Absolutely unacceptable. None of my childrens photos look like my actual children. These are poor quality and poor value. Not worth my money. Do better or I'll make it personal.

Critical:Quality This year is the first time this company has taken my children's school photos and I am appalled at the horrendous picture's taken of my children. I can do so much better then you have done. I will also be complaining to their school and hope they do not have you return again. Absolutely shocking.

Every year the quality of the school photos is terrible. We take far better quality pictures (both of the kids generally and in technical presentation) both on a "proper" camera and even on a modern smartphone, than any of the photos this company has taken of our kids. This year, they were getting the kids to say odd words and in one of the "formal" photos, our daughter has her tongue between her teeth as they snapped mid word at the wrong time! The "school photo" that we keep this year will just be the kids against a white wall in our house taken by us.
