Tile Barn I'm usually too busy participating to take sports photos, but just occasionally I get the chance to take some action snaps. Just like nature photography, it's the inability to pose the action and the necessity to capture exactly the critical moment that makes sports photography exciting for me - sure, I get a huge number of duff shots, but that just makes the satisfaction of getting one that works all the greater.

Great customer service. They are not there to just sell you the most expensive tile but rather help you achieve your ultimate goal within your budget.

I would've given a better review based on my first impression however I would give zero if I could. When we ordered our tile they were great helping us find what we wanted. But because of Covid our 3 bathroom renovations were delayed. Our dimensions were off a little resulting in more tile being ordered. When we tried to return the unopen boxes of tile, they gave me an attitude that my renovation wasn't completed in 30 days from my order. Also, everything in their store is considered a special order which they say said will take a week for us to know if the return in approved.

They need to contact the distributor since they don't carry any tile in stock. Just like the other 1 star review. They mentioned their is a restocking fee. I am extremely disappointed since they were great when I first purchased everything and when I had to return my extra it was like they were a totally different store. Never again will I purchase tile there.

Horrible experience!. I bought tile for my kitchen and due to a change I wanted to return the tile. They charged me 25% re-stock fee! "OUTRAGEOUS" and it took 3 months to get the refund and they shorted me $22.85. When I called about the money they owed me the sales person was very rude and said "well that's the refund". SO I wish I went to Lowes or Home Depot because they don't do any of that garbage and you get full money back.

I guess just wanting to purchase a back splash was not enough business for them. However, it was important to me as I traveled an hour (each way), with the intention of a purchase. I felt insignificant and was offered no help or assistance at all. Person in the showroom was more interested in being at his desk, making and receiving phone calls, doing paperwork and even left me alone in the showroom Hard to believe since I was referred to them by a previous customner. You get better customer service and attention at Lowe's! Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but site doesn't allow me to leave no stars.
