From first contact Pan 3Sixty were extremely responsive and very helpful. St Albans Museums

We worked with the lovely Phil on a new 360o virtual tour of St Albans Museum + Gallery in St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK. It particularly appealed to us as we could add interpretation - stories and historic facts alongside access information and use audio, video, images to bring it all to life and able to do it in a way that worked seamlessly with our own branding with great functionality.
He was a pleasure to work with - he has great care and attention to detail and a lot of patience in order to get it just right! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and have been ever since!

Jane Austen'S. House
Feb 08, 2021
We love our Virtual Tour! Pan 3Sixty have done a brilliant job and have really gone the extra mile to give us an incredibly beautiful tour that helps us to share Jane Austen's House with the world. Jane Austen's House is a small, rural site with a huge international audience - but for geographical reasons many of our potential visitors will never make it here in person.
In 2020, with the UK in full lockdown, this was truer than ever. With the Museum closed, and due to re-open with a very restricted capacity, we knew we needed to up our game with online tools to keep our audiences engaged. More than that - we wanted to transport our audiences to Chawton, Jane Austen's last home and the cradle of her genius, to escape the challenging and scary world we were living in for a while.
The virtual tour was the perfect solution, enabling our audiences to explore the House freely or to follow a prescribed route, to dive into favourite corners and to linger on specific objects. One issue we had was with the first panorama - showing the village street, complete with traffic and builders, a photo that didn't reflect Chawton's usual tranquillity, or offer an online visitor a natural gateway into the past.
Working with Phil at Pan 3Sixty, we came up with the idea of using specially commissioned illustrations of Jane Austen's characters to populate this panorama and to bring it to life in a magical, imaginative way. A huge boon of this innovation is that the first page of the tour is now an unusual and enchanting image in its own right, sparking the imagination and reminding visitors that it is Jane Austen's work and her characters that make this house so special.
The virtual tour was warmly received by the global Austen community, and it has been incredibly popular ever since, with over 25,000 visits in the first 3 months, and countless positive comments on social media. Now that we have the virtual tour, it is opening up the visitor experience in ways that we had not anticipated. For example, we are now offering live, guided tours of the virtual tour which are proving incredibly popular and effective!
As we go forward, we also look forward to sharing the virtual tour with on-site visitors who for mobility reasons cannot visit the first floor of the House. All in all, creating our virtual tour with Pan 3Sixty was a great experience and we are delighted with the finished product. Phil was great to work with, he clearly cares deeply about the quality of his work and knows what he's doing. He was clear and helpful throughout, working through every detail with great care, to make sure everything was right. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him!
