Best jewelry store in the area. I have purchased several items from them in the past. Always friendly and they will educate you if you are not familiar with all the different kinds of jewelry. I stopped in while at the Garden City Shopping center. I was treated by Alaysia as I was looking to purchase a Rolex as well as get appraisals for my existing Rolex(s) and my wife's Diamond Ring. She made the transaction super easy. Later I came back for a Mother's Day purchase, it had t be special ordered. All came in early. Again super easy and pleasant experience. Fell comfortable in dealing with everyone here.

Look, we don't NEED jewelry, we don't. But we do need to commemorate, celebrate, and mark occasions in our lives as we see fit. And for that, jewelry stands the test of time. And please, for those who know me, don't get me started on watches. Brandon Salomon and the entire team were phenomenal! Very professional and informative about their craft, and very careful to explain all the various aspects of each watch we carefully inspected. The most admirable quality of the store is that they do not look at onlookers as just "sales."; Their watches are fairly listed and they carefully tend to each watch as if their own, making real sure each piece of jewelry or watch goes home with the "right" owner.

The staff at Providence Diamond Company are excellent and go far beyond just being salespeople. They are experts who are passionate about their craft. I was referred to Joe Buzdigian from a good friend of mine. I went into Providence Diamond hoping for a GMT but I do understand the supply and demand factor. Joe told me about the Yacht Master which I was not familiar with and it is the perfect watch, platinum bezel, polished center links, blue face and the most comfortable watch to wear. About a year back, I moved local to the area and visited Providence Diamond for the very first time. I met Brandon for the very first time and instantaneously felt welcome and like family. The experience at Providence Diamond is top notch, from Rolex to traditional jewelry - the store has a fantastic selection for all occasions. From the first visit, I have been back at least once a month to visit, say hello, or pick up a new item.

Every experience has been comfortable, elegant and inviting. Joe B, Brandon, Dan and Peter have been fantastic with timepieces, education and guidance. Ursula, Elyse, Tabby and Michelle always know how to help in keeping the wife happy. All the other members of the Providence Diamond family are always there to help. I got my first new Rolex here on Valentine's Day (sorry to the wife), my wife picked me up my Tudor here for our wedding day, my wife got to pick out a new ring, we secured a tudor for my pops, and pictured above another family friend receives his first Rolex in an awesome setting at Providence Diamond. Brandon helped me out tremendously with purchasing a Tudor Black Bay 58, especially during the busy holiday season. When I met him, the store was very busy but he still came over to greet me and introduced himself. He's quite the gentleman and you can clearly tell he is well-liked by the number of customers that surrounded him. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch a few times and he's extremely knowledgeable about watches - you can talk with him for hours on the subject.

He was patient & polite with me to ensure I chose the watch I truly wanted. Overall this place has a great atmosphere, professional & friendly staff, & an exquisite inventory of jewelry/watches. I would like to thank Danny, Ken and team for creating the engagement ring of my Fiancees dreams! I brought her grandmother's coffin/shield cut gem in and they were able to take a concept of a ring and turn it into reality! Ken was very informative on what would and would not work and helped me realize that one style she liked would not do justice to the ring. We are definitely going to use Providence Diamond for our wedding bands and future purchases!
