I left a review before stating how unhappy I was with the service but I thought I'd update it as the management have been very helpful and dealt with my complaint as promptly as they could and kept me reasurred throughout the complaints. It's sad how one person can jeopardise a whole company but I hope things improve in the future regarding the swanley branch. Thanks again to Jenny, Sharon and Elaine for all your help.
