My son failed to turn in his picture order form and they were so helpful when I contacted them. They were super prompt in returning emails and his photos showed up soon after. I'm so thankful for their assistance!

Love this place. They have been taking our pictures for many years and they never disappoint. They're always super friendly and kind and make sure they understand what you want.

Critical:Value Prices are insane! The price of a digital image tripled from the other company we were using and the customer service was rude when questioned why it would be so expensive to email me an image. Even changing the backgrounds were a $5-$7 upgrade, why?

I think its really sad that Pearce Photos is taking advantage of the current times and charging Seniors an extra fee of at least $20. When they were told by School Staff they did not agree to anything more than $5. Then when the photos come in the packages are ridiculous. Even charging 'shipping' fees for a digital download we all know there is no shipping. Unretouched digital download for $45 plus shipping?

I sent an email expressing these concerns and basically was told "Well we have expenses". I was also told I'd need to select a package to BUY if I wanted a certain pose sent to the school. Extortion? Pretty bad customer service and the photos are great either. There are families not able to buy groceries right now and not able to do things for their Seniors. I know this because we have donated items and money to help other Seniors.

Critical:Professionalism, Value The prices for school pictures are outrageous! The customer service was extremely rude! I am SO disappointed my children will not be getting school pictures this year because I refuse to support this business.

The photographer Jenni Russell was absolutely awesome! She got amazing shots and totally made the experience so fun and easy!

Got right in. Staff was awesome and showed my son a great way to pose so his pictures were awesome they made him feel very comfortable

Our portraits are beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The prints arrived very quickly, but they did say it takes longer when school pictures are being processed. I'm excited to mail copies to family. They should love them.

We've only had experience with Haub through school photos at the middle school but I highly recommend them! I love the quality of the photographs with the feel of a studio shot. Bonus that they are from a local company.
